OUR SALAMIS

Our salamis are made from 100% Italian lean and premium pork, processed with respect for ancient traditions by adding salt and spices in a carefully crafted production by our artisan “artists.” The meticulous drying process and slow ageing give our salamis an unmistakable aroma and a taste highly appreciated by the most discerning consumers. All our salamis are guaranteed to be free from gluten, lactose, and dairy derivatives.
