CERTIFICATIONS
Salumificio Benvenuti implements a production self-control programme based on the HACCP system in compliance with Reg. EC No. 852 – 853/2004 and subsequent amendments and integrations. The self-control programme is complemented by voluntary certifications BRC (British Retail Consortium Certification) and IFS (International Food Standard). As a member and producer of the Finocchiona I.G.P. Consortium, it is also subject to IFCQ control on behalf of the Consortium. It is also listed in the AIC (Italian Coeliac Association with the Crossed Grain symbol) Food Directory, offering a range of gluten-free salami.
